There's talk of the 24th season being the last, which I have mixed feelings about.

Apparently the series have been renewed for two more seasons (http://insidetv.ew.com/2011/10/07/the-simpsons-renewed-by-fox-for-two-more-seasons/).

I must admit I find it increasing harder to find much sympathy for mega-wealthy celebrities/sports figures who may or may not get screwed out of a bit of their millions.

Wow, this must be the longest running show ever. I stop watching after three or four seasons. Kind of got bored with it but yay to those who enjoy it.

Really?  Another 2 seasons?  Oh good, I was hoping they could at least make it to 25.  I haven't been watching recently, not because of any problem with it, but I just haven't been watching a lot of TV recently.  Probably should though since I am one of the few who enjoys the series after so long.

That show hasn't been funny in ten or fifteen years.

Never watched it much so if it goes I won't miss it. Plus those folks make so darn much....they shouldn't have.
