Another movie has been lingering in the back of my mind that I saw a long time ago, let's say late 80's ish. All I remember is that it took place somewhere near a beach, probably some city near the ocean. I remember this guy drove some sort of buggy. I think it was yellow with a tubular frame/chassis, short wheel base, larger tires perhaps. I think they're might have been a chase scene in a parking lot where he drove over top of some cars. Can't remember exactly what the plot was, but may have been some sort of murder/private eye sort of story. Any thoughts? TIA!
