Powell on February 29, 2012, 10:12:03 PM It appears the aircraft carrier provision was an amendment inserted by an opponent of a bill that would set up a task force to study what Wyoming would do if the US fell apart. Funny guy. But it's dangerous to play around with legislators like that, the bill could easily have passed.
