Title: Re: d**k Clark dead at 82 Post by: The Burgomaster on April 18, 2012, 03:15:40 PM A genuine legend. But this leaves us with a huge question to answer: Who is America's oldest living teenager now? My coworker says Nancy Sinatra. I say Pat Boone.

But this leaves us with a huge question to answer: Who is America's oldest living teenager now? My coworker says Nancy Sinatra. I say Pat Boone. The title should be retired in his honor. Title: Re: Dick Clark dead at 82 Post by: FatFreddysCat on April 18, 2012, 10:17:45 PM That's a bummer. I spent a good hunk of time in my teen years watching him on "Bandstand" and yukking it up with him and Ed McMahon during "TV Bloopers and Practical Jokes."
...and of course, he was always the MC for New Year's Eve. The other networks all try to do their own New Year's broadcasts but none of 'em ever came close. Title: Re: Dick Clark dead at 82 Post by: HappyGilmore on April 19, 2012, 06:26:12 PM Shame.
I was a bit young to see Bandstand, but the man's a legend. Did watch his 'Rocking Eve' every year with my grandpa. And, the man produced The Weird Al Show, so he gets a nod from me for that.
