The man is famous for his creative problem solutions. I imagine if I was his lawyer I would have advised him not to respond that way, but if I were his friend that's exactly what I would suggest he do. Also FunnyJunk's lawyer Charles Carreon actually tried to sue the charities that supported The Oatmeal. Just thought I'd mention that.
