Some of the dialogue was apparently never dubbed into English (I assume the U.S. version had some scenes cut out or shortened). The result is multiple scenes of people speaking English and then switching to French for a few lines of dialogue.
Any way, this is a typical Jess Franco film (i.e., it has many scenes of nude women writhing in bed and extreme close-ups of their vaginas). The story: A woman is burned at the stake for being a witch. Later, she appears in a vision to her daughters who are nuns in a convent. Of course, this is a Jess Franco convent where many of the nuns are beautiful young women, and there are bare breasts and asses aplenty. And there is no shortage of straight and lesbian sex. The plot is very thin and most of this movie is just sexploitation filler. After about 30 minutes I found myself praying it would end. Here's the movie if you are interested.
