It's OK, he probably had diarrhea from eating all that bacon, so it balances out.

I will say if you eat like 10,000 calories one day, especially in just a few hours, your body won't really do the best job of breaking it all down and a lot of it will go unabsorbed.  At least, that's been my experience, as I usually monitor caloric intake on myself, and it seems occasional very large calorie surpluses just don't equate out to the weight gain you'd expect.  It's been my experience that you could have a 3500 calorie surplus one day a week, fast another day of the week, and actually lose weight overall (for most people, 1 day of fasting is only around a 2200-2500ish calorie deficit).

Just a little info I thought I'd share.

Also, I am very impressed a fast food place took that order and got it ready to go.  It doesn't surprise me it was in Japan - the level of customer service in the fast food places there was always great in my visit, and the general cleanliness and such was also great.  Better than any of the fast food places I've seen in the USA.
