Title: Filmmaker Tony Scott commits suicide

According to The Mail Online www.dailymail.co.uk/home/index.html (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/index.html), filmmaker Tony Scott committed suicide over the weekend.

RIP Mr Scott.  :bluesad:

How sad and terrible. Must be hard for his family. The man did have a lot of talent. Sorry to hear this. Definitely not one any of us saw coming.  :bluesad: R.I.P.

Tragic news, I feel bad for his loved ones.  It turns out he apparently had an inoperable brain tumor, which I'm sure would lead could've lead to misery for him and his family but suicide just doesn't seem like a logical thing to me.

If that's true, I guess I can see where he's coming from; cancer is a drawn-out, miserable way to die and I really can't blame him for wanting to control how he left the world.  Not saying I approve of it, just that I can understand it.
