(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/b/b8/Plumbers_Don%27t_Wear_Ties_cover.png) "Made in 1994, the game is an adult-oriented graphic adventure game that tells the story of John and Jane, that are being pressured by their respective parents to find a suitable spouse, and it's up to the player to get John and Jane together" This game has been called the absolute worst video game ever! It's supposedly worse than E.T., Custer's Revenge, Superman 64, you name it, the game beats it. Built for the 3DO (bad idea), the game does NOT have any graphic movements- instead, it is all still shots with voice over the pictures. That's my choice for worst.
There are a number of truly horrible ones from the company that made CR. There's one that's a ripoff of the old Atari game Kaboom!, except you're a woman catching protein falling from a naked man, in her mouth. Yuck...
