I watched this in the 80s when I was five, so I believe it is from around that time. anways, the only thing I remember was a particular scene of a kid or adult inside of a white factory with these silos filled with liquid. I want to say it was urine because that was something that startled me. He is stuck to this silo at the mouth, pumped full, and expands beyond human portional size. about the size a small shed. I think he explodes, but I can't remember. any ideas as to what movie this might be? He is discovered by the cops while swollen with 1000s of gallons of beer. They enlist his help to p**s out a fire.
