But don't forget the other...Gerry Anderson. Here, he's mentioned in his role in developing "Thunderbirds," but he was also the creator of "UFO" and later "Space: 1999," two excellent sci fi shows with some hard-hitting story lines. Two of the most familiar of familiar faces. They were in so very much great stuff over the years.
R.I.P. Gerry Anderson. I loved his TV series especially "UFO" and "Space:1999" not to mention "Thunderbirds" and of course "Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons". Truly a sad day. |
