I'm going crazy trying to find the name of this movie on my "viewing activity" on Netflix list from the last two years...
Ok, in the beginning of the film, there were a bunch of guys that were buddies back in the day, I think like 4 or 5 of them? Years before, we see that one of them has gone quite mad and presumably has killed his mother? Or we don't really know how she died, but it was in a cabin in the woods and the rest of the guys show up after her death and find their friend has gone loony, a struggle ensues, and the loony one stabs another friend's hand when he tries to take a knife away from him...fast forward and these guys are reuniting at the same cabin in the woods, it is winter, they have snowmobiles, and there is all kinds of tension between them because apparently it's been years since their last get-together. The cabin is the "loony" friend's cabin, and his old buddies have come back to visit him because I guess the loony guy is better now and they want to make amends? Anyway, it starts off with re-visiting all kinds of baggage and past between the friends, and them getting drunk, of course. Eventually, the "past-loony" guy finds a weird "realm" in the woods wandering around after a fight I think...it is like a hallway that is behind a wavy-sort of see-through barrier that looks like water. he doesn't know what it is...but he shows the other guys and eventually this "hallway" , which seems to constantly expand as they walk in it, makes them all act really crazy and/or high and eventually they start killing each other in very bizarre ways, as this thing starts making them very aggressive...
shoot...I think I remember it now...I think it's "The Corridor" or something like that? I guess writing this has helped me!? Lets hope that I'm right...
