Title: Title for 1990s post apoc movie with mutants/dome city/toxins (not Island City) Post by: SeekMovie on January 03, 2013, 03:59:05 PM Hello. I am trying to remember the title of a 1990s post apoc movie (not 1994 Island City) that has a man and woman being chased by mutants. The military arrives and saves them. They are taken to the dome city where they undergo medical treatment for the toxic atmosphere. The man also undergoes some type of dangerous memory scan in order to learn something about the past. It could have been a made for TV movie, but that is all I remember.
