I wondered if anyone knew the title of a film I watched in the 1980's I think. It featured a teenage romance and I think there was a plane crash? I remember the girl riding a horse and the ending was the girl wakes up in hospital and everything was a dream. But she then meets the boy at the hospital. Sorry it's so vague I can only remember snap shots of the film - I have been trawling the internet for months trying different things in the search engine but to no avail.
