My Nutella Mug Cake:

I'll be honest, it took me three tries to get it right. Apparently self-rising flour and the full power setting (according to recipe) of my microwave made the batter overflow causing a mess.
Third time I only used normal flour and switched the setting to medium-high. Cooking (baking) time was 5 minutes.
It was delicious and so easy to make.

I have a recipe similar to that nutella cake but it just calls for regular flour.  I do not trust self-rising flour.

That strawberry pie one looks awesome; I'm gonna have to try it.
