Visual effects master Ray Harryhausen, whose stop-motion wizardry graced such films as Jason and the Argonauts and Clash of the Titans, has died aged 92.

he was THE MAN! An entire genre unto himself. Nobody gives a s**t? Sad.

 :bluesad:  :bluesad: This is the first I heard of this. Very saddened by his passing and knowing there'll never be another special FX storyteller like him. Thankfully we have the huge legacy of terrific fun monster movies he's left behind. R.I.P.
