Any difference between your online and real persona?

For me: I have no online persona at all - I am the same online as face to face*

*At least online you don't have to wear gas masks when I'm around.  :tongueout: :twirl: :buggedout:  :teddyr:

I'm an ass online and an ass in real life.  That's 100% ass, 24/7.

I believe that I am about the same between the two, though perhaps I seem taller online.

As for me,I'm the same in person and online. I'm too lazy to be cuter or more successful. :teddyr:

     I think I express myself more freely in person than online-otherwise, no difference.

Pretty much the same, I think.  Except my nostrils are MUCH sexier in person. :teddyr:

Somewhat of an jerk in real life, somewhat of a jerk online. Same in both cases.

I'm fairly sure that I'm the same good natured, occasionally sarcastic prick in real life that I am online...

I am not aware of much difference.  Though I am told that in person people often find me intimidating and online that is demonstrably not the case! 

I'm me, all the time. No differences. I don't have that much time to find ways to be different online.

I knew you'd say that!   :wink:   You're such a sweetie.  I'm tall, grim and fairly fit: picture a (decidedly) unsmiling Sigourney gazing unwaveringly at you.  (I think the reaction has more to do with them than with me, actually.  And I am shy and they don't get to see my 'goofy' side.)

I hang around more in real life (and say more) than I do here. In fact, some people would love to be rid of me in real life  :teddyr: while online, few people even notice whether I'm here.

Although, come to think of it, I'm fairly invisible in real life, too.  :bluesad: I shoulda been a ninja...

Like Newt, people sometimes find me intimidating (less so since I got fat, and much less so once they get to know me a bit), though I don't look a thing like Sigourny Weaver.

I'm a shade more outspoken online but otherwise no difference.

I p!ss people off, online or off. 

I would say I'm actually friendlier online than I am in real life. It's mostly because it's very hard to communicate sarcasm in text, and the last thing I would ever want to do is make somebody feel bad about themselves.

But in real life, I look angry all the time and speak in monotone. But I can still say some really horrible things to people because they understand I'm joking.

Uhm. Im pretty much insane in and out and everywhere else...I reckon.

I have a feeling I'm wittier online than in real life.  I'm not that witty online so that doesn't bode well for face to face Dean.

Hmmm....well, in reality, I'm about 7 feet tall, green complexion, with silver plated neckbolts and stitches.  I can't understand why they keep chasing me with pitchforks and torches all the time...thusly, it's probably who n real assessment of my online vs. real personality exists, because everyone runs away screaming whenever they see me.  All except for that little girl who showed me how to float the flowers on the water...  :twirl:

Me too.  I can come up with clever sayings and jokes and other such witticisms at the keyboard, but when the opportunity comes to say them in real life, I just lock up.  I'm also more chummy on the 'net than in real life.. I'm a total hermit.
