A film is nowhere near the horrors of real life in any case, but it is representative of the types of activities that occur.  And sometimes, one must be graphic in order to open the yes of those around him\her.  Not the type of film I would want to see, but it seems that it has the potential to do more good that harm if it opens the yes of the right people.

Case in point: you have noidea how many kids I've spoken to who said that "Requiem For A Dream" and "Trainspotting" steered them away from drugs, and how many more adults quit because of it, or got their kids the help they needed.  While two different social ills, the point gets across..in order to understand the horrors, one must see them, even if it's only a film.
