Title: The Medusa Touch (1978)

This disturbing film was almost banned in South Africa due to the film's ending where the attempt to kill the bad guy is an epic fail  :buggedout: on the part of all concerned. I corresponded with its' director Jack Gold several years ago and was able to tell him how much it disturbed me and especially post 9-11 with the horrific airplane crash into the building.

A very scary and uneasy viewing experience: the DVD I bought is a beautiful transfer and was well worth the money.

I remember seeing the advertisements for this on TV during the movies brief theatrical run.  I wanted to see it, but it disappeared from theaters quickly.

Nice trev, never heard of this but I tend to always enjoy thriller type movies from this era
