That's oddly specific.

I don't know about board games based on bad movies since movies that tank tend not to have money for merchandising or for that matter anyone interested enough to invest in a movie that went tits-up at the box office. Maybe there's a fan made Manos board game but I doubt it'd be like any real board game.

Now if you want a board game that feels like a bad movie you'll find plenty in that category. Before "Scene It?" some board games came with a VHS tape, we call these VCR Board Games. Many of them such as "Nightmare" (Aka "Atmosfear") had some of the worst acting you'll ever see. Although some decent ones exist such as "Isaac Asamov's Robots". For more information check out "Black Hole of Board Games" by Noah "The Spoony One" Antwiler.

Well, not based on a particular movie, but Betrayal at House on the Hill (http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/10547/betrayal-at-house-on-the-hill) might fit your bill. It seems very similar to playing an old Hammer horror movie. I haven't played it myself.

I have played Mansions of Madness (http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/83330/mansions-of-madness), the pared down Arkham Horror (http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgamefamily/4311/arkham-horror), and it lends itself to the same kind of gameplay.

As far as games actually based on b-movies, I'm sure there are plenty of '70s and '80s games out there, because they made board games out of everything. Heck, I once found a board game based on Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.

Battleship is a bad movie based on a board game. You could run with that, I guess.

This one is really based on a genre as opposed to a specific movie:

I played King of Tokyo at last year's Gen-Con Indy and it was a fun.

And while not a board game, Z-Man Games has a series of card games based off of b-movies.

I've got all of them, and its fun to mix them together (like having 70's style exploitation films mix with fantasy).  Unfortunately, the series died because the company had a falling out with the creator.  Which is sad, because they said there was at least one more set that was ready for production but then the line was cancelled.
