The next one was hamburger with mac and cheese in it. Not as gross as it sounds but not going out of my way to try again.

Other than that I never really went crazy making sandwiches by adding weird stuff. Sometimes I might overload a sandwich (triple decker peanut butter, banana, jam & nutella) or create something based on poor judgment like that one time I spooned meatballs and a little too much tomato sauce on wonderbread. Take a grilled boneless chicken breast, seasoned scrambled eggs, and cheese and condiments of your choice on a nice bun.
