I saw this movie when I was a kid (early 90's) in which this blonde guy meets a girl and then she ends up being raped or beaten up by these other guys. So the blonde guy goes on a revenge throughout the desert (I think?) and kills them all one by one. I remember that he kills these people in really twisted ways. He buries one of them, just leaving his head out, and smears honey all over his face so that the ants eat him alive. This other guy gets a rake through the neck. One other gets his hand chopped off and then the hand is on the ground, middle finger moving. It's hilarious. Or at least I thought so at the time. Anyway, I've been looking for this film for ages with no success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! It's set in the desert. Johnny gets revenge on some guys who attacked his girl. He buries a guy up to his neck in sand. There is a dismembered hand and some pretty impressive gore. That being said, he's not blonde. I'm pretty sure the guy was blonde, and I suspect it's more of 80's thing, but I might be completely off on this. I was like 9 or something when I saw it.
I vaguely remember that at the end the hero is in his cabin and the girl is there, still passed out or in a coma or sleeping or whatever, and the sunlight reflects off his medallion (which she gave to him at the beginning of the film, I think) to her face, and she magically wakes up. It's about a guy seeking revenge for an attack on his woman. It's set in the desert and has some violent scenes. Here's why it might fit:
1. One guy is buried up to his neck in sand and honey is poured on his head for insects to gnaw at his flesh. 2. There is the talisman, which might match the medallion you're thinking of. Trouble is this flick is incredibly obscure. The lead isn't blonde. And it was made in the 60s. Damn... |
