Title: looking for a late 60's to early 80's steampunk or hollow earth style movie

Hi i'm looking for a late 60's to early 80's steampunk or hollow earth style movie it has a chewbacca or ape like character and a underground steam train their is a evil chick in get up similar to evil mia sara in legend she tempts the leader of the expedition and he becomes bad at the end a blond kid i say but hes probaly 30 and an old the ape creature escape and are jumping with joy on the steam train i thought it was called the navigator but that's the vincent ward one and its not that awful sam raimi journey to the centre of the earth with tuvok

The evil chick in the gothy outfit who makes a lead character turn evil happens in Inframan, which also has a lot of monsters.  Parts of it take place in an underground lair, as well.  There's not a blonde kid that I remember, though.

Parts of this remind me of "Wizards of the Lost Kingdom" but other parts - not so much.

not the awesome inframan or wizards of the lost kingdom i remember it had good production values similar to legend lots of orange and mist and Victorian era i thought it was a couple of hammer movies but wasn't them either its really driving me insane its probably a obscure european film thats lost to time lol
