Title: 70's color bad guy traps victims in an elevator and encases them in a crystal
Post by: GameOverManGameOver on September 16, 2014, 10:06:35 AM
This things been bugging me for a long time.

Released: maybe 60's perhaps early 70's
Setting: Bad guy lures women (or maybe people in general) individually into an elevator-looking enclosure and then freezes/encases them in clear glass-like capsules and stores them on a hanging conveyor that emerges from the side of the elevator-looking machine.
Over time, he amasses a large collection IIRC and they are all hanging there in his glass capsules.
The main actress finally finds where her friends had disappeared to (sees them hanging) and tries to escape from the bad guy but he nearly gets her into his elevator thing.
Another man (hero maybe) finds the lab, saves his woman, and defeats the bad guy.
Bad guy end up getting encapsulated himself.
He comes out trapped/frozen in his crystal pounding on the walls trying to escape- a fitting ending!
IIRC, Bad guy's lab might be underground (at least some boulders in his "lab")

This one has come up before. Possibly several times. I don't recall if it's been solved before but I believe the movie in question is the Italian flick KISS THE GIRLS AND MAKE THEM DIE (1966) http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060592/?ref_=nv_sr_2 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060592/?ref_=nv_sr_2)

You NAILED it!  Thank you!  Found the full length on YouTube.

I would have never found it.  The other one I lucked into, called Beast of Blood.  But this one I couldn't find.  Foreign Bond spoof film.  Would have been nearly impossible.  Why they put this stuff on TV is beyond me.  Couldn't figure out the situations out as a kid.  Sense of closure here.  I am grateful!
