Miller, 30, of Bay City, is facing felony assault charges after authorities said he attacked Michael Chaney, 20, in a jealous rage after Chaney joined a sex trio with Miller and his wife, the Bay City Times reported. The fight occurred at the Millers' home sometime before midnight on Sept. 12, cops say, a few days after the Millers and Chaney, who was homeless before crashing with the Millers, had sex together. Police said Martin Miller was miffed after Chaney and his wife, Daniela, 24, started canoodling without him. |
