Title: horror show/film I saw in late 80s
Post by: monstermoviemadness on October 20, 2014, 09:05:56 PM
I remember watching this show/film on TV in the late 80s when I was quite young, but I remember this distinctly, it is from a colorized live action show/film. A late teens girl walks towards the front of a class of a vacant classroom with old fashioned seats (one seat per person). As she walks, a possessed head of a young man goes flying across the room. The young man I think was her teacher. As it flew, the girl stopped for a while then resumed. The head eventually made its way towards it disembodied corpse, which was seen laying in front or near the teacher's desk, there was a blackboard. The body did not get up until its head came back on, but it possibly got up by itself. The man resembles the actor from Not Quite Human, sorry can't remember his name. Some suggest this is the Amazing Stories episode, the Head of the Class, but it is not, I've seen it in its entirety, though the girl from this show/film looked much like the main girl from that episode, same colored hair, same clothing. This had a Nightmare on Elm Street atmosphere. Unfortunately, this is all I can remember, but does anyone have any clue what I am talking about? This is driving me insane.

Hmmm... Could it have been BRIDE OF RE-ANIMATOR (89)? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099180/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_103 (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099180/?ref_=nm_flmg_act_103)

I doubt it, but I will check it out anyway thanks. Someone suggested on another site, the Initiation. I doubt it is any of the Elm Street films.
