Now it's possible he seriously doesn't understand Net Neutrality or he's saying this because ISPs are giving him campaign money but regardless I have this to say... Ted Cruz, that statement is literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen. This type of failure doesn't come about often. He may also be our next president, at least run as president on the Republican ticket, against his most likely Democratic candidate Hilary Clinton. He is a viable candidate to run for president as a Republican, because in the "beauty contests" leading up to the Republican nomination, his appearances and speeches before the Republicans who are most likely to choose the next Republican candidate have gotten more standing ovations and applause then the other possible Republican nominees who have been appearing with him.
