I'm also really fond of Young Frankenstein, Revenge of Frankenstein (1958), Frankenstein: the True Story, Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein, Frankenstein Conquers the World, and Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell. And OF COURSE...the 1931 film.
