Powell on January 10, 2015, 06:46:01 PM There's really no evidence in that report to suggest there was a serious plot to kill or hurt the teacher. It could be just kids talking. At 9 years old I can imagine myself suggesting something like that to one of my friends with no intention to really go through with it.

Yeah, kids can be very bad, but I'd ultimately place blame on the 'rents.
