As satisfying as it might be, the problem is that the Hilton family lawyers would launch all manner of lawsuits for 'violating his civil rights'. It's also likely that he was traveling in First Class, which would make an encounter with him more unlikely for most people. Money might not make him untouchable, but it does make straightening him out more difficult. Best leave it to the government, haha. No one can leave and people are reluctant to do anything because everyone is on a plane and not expecting to be called upon to deal with something like that
