They confirmed it was fraudulent. Earle called the number several times, but could never get through. I didn't call him back. I've reported him to the sheriff, Treasury Dept, and CenturyLink. I also briefly considering letting animal control and the water department know too. If this clown did call back I'd be sorely tempted to engage him in some conversation regarding his parentage, ancestry, reproductive proclivities, and ultimate destination. Sorely, I tell you. This is what they call "humanity". Ugh.
