Frankly, she looked better as Mrs. Banks in "Mary Poppins." The actress is Glynis Johns. It took me a while to figure out what the movie was, but . . .?! It is apparently the British romantic comedy "Miranda" from 1948, And for Trevor, the actress was born in Pretoria, South Africa, in 1923. And is one of the last remaining cast members--the others being Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke--from "Mary Poppins," who is still living. Title: Re: Jail- er, fish bait... And keeping it in the family, her father was actor Roy Dotrice, her mother was actress Kay Dotrice, and her two sisters: Michele and Yvette are also actresses.
