Quote Prince Farming is back on the market. The former "Bachelor" Chris Soules and his fiance Whitney Bischoff broke off their engagement, the couple said in a joint statement released Thursday. "Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules have mutually and amicably decided to end their engagement," the statement read. "They part with nothing but respect and admiration for one another and will continue to be supportive friends. They wish to thank everyone who has supported them through this journey." It was a pretty big deal here in eastern Iowa since they were doing a lot of the taping for the show in Dubuque. This was while the local ABC affiliate (KCRG) and DirecTV were in the middle of a p**sing contest and KCRG shut off access to their signal to DirecTV for about three months. So everyone in northeast Iowa who was on DirecTV who didn't have an antenna lost access to ABC. My cousin was none too happy about ABC going away while this version of the Bachelor was being shown. |
