Title: Early 1980s Australian (?) TV Series or mini series Post by: claws on August 31, 2015, 06:50:45 AM Well I highly assume it was an Australian TV series, and/or maybe a British co-production. The setting looked like late 1800 and was kind of like a Western, but definitely not "American" kind of Western. Plot revolved around a woman living on a farm of some sorts. Subplot was about a bounty hunter type who was delivering a prisoner. The bounty hunter ended up on the woman's farm and they get romantically entangled. That is until her (presumably dead?) husband shows up which causes lots of conflict.
I saw a few episodes as a kid and it has been bugging me forever that I can't recall the title. I had a notion that maybe Sigrid Thornton was playing the woman on the farm but looking up her resume and reading descriptions nothing matches to what I remember. This was a high quality production but IMDb has not been very helpful. Maybe someone here knows this series? Title: Re: Early 1980s Australian (?)
