Title: ITEMS TAKEN BY TEACHERS
Post by: alandhopewell on December 16, 2015, 04:04:27 PM
I might have posted about this before; memory being the psychotic skank it oftimes is, 'tis possible.
An'hoo, during my formative years, I occasionally had the experience of having toys, pocket junk, and sundry such confiscated by teachers, with the promise, "You'll get it back at the end of the school year".

    I'M STILL WAITING!

Did anyone out there ever get their stuff back?

Heck, I had a teacher take my car away one time, but thankfully I got it back. For some reason it caused upset when I drove off from school in the middle of the day. Go figure.

I lost a die cast starfighter (from Buck Rogers In The 25th Century) to one teacher when I was 8 or 9.

I'd just go and "steal" my stuff back, when the teacher left the room or class was over. I can only remember maybe an action figure being taken.

I was interviewed for a newspaper when I was five - possibly 1972 - when I was spotted reading that particular paper: the picture of me and the interview was on the front page. I gave the clipping to a teacher and I never got it back.  :bluesad:

Rubber bands.
My pencils.-because I would break them into little pieces and throw them at my freinds-that and erasers-I got stuck using only real stubby pencils.
My pot pipe made in shop class.

Way to be a shining example of purity there, RC!

(Words none of us ever thought to see posted here, eh? lol)

Purity had nuttin to do with it.
More like-"I was painfully bashful around girls I liked".

I don't think I lost items to teachers.  I had brought a transformers toy in one time and my neighbor knocked it out of my hand on to the floor in front of the teacher.  He didn't take it from me but I was ordered to put it in my locker immediately.  Otherwise they didn't really take anything that I can remember.  I didn't really even get close to the limits in school - just kept my head down until I graduated.

Now my sister's former band instructor and later assistant principal did take a student's virginity (not my sister's).  Last I heard after he got out of prison he's living about 400 miles away now.
