Police said a breath test showed Trimble had a .177 blood alcohol level, more than twice the legal limit. According to police, Trimble threw items off the bar and a beer bottle after being served a Bud Light instead of a Budweiser. He fought with staff when they tried to remove him, injuring one worker's thumb when he kicked the worker. Trimble faces charges of assault, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.
