I hear you.  I work in my barn a lot.  The main portion was built circa 1860.   :teddyr:  The rest of the time I am outside.

20 something years ago I was working security at a storage area for trailers for trucks. It was winter and the only place I had to keep warm was my car... And what really sucked that I had no glass rear window (The rear window was plastic and duct tape).

I was very cold.

I used to work in a basement computer room that had no windows in the oldest part of a manufacturing plant started in the late 1940s.  I think the biggest bugaboo I had was the no windows part.  I'm glad now that I can look out windows while I'm at work.  I'm in NYC this week and my manager said she wishes they were back in the midtown location, that she doesn't care that much for the financial dist building, that it's drab and dreary.  I didn't get the chance to say that as long as it has windows I'm happy with a workspace.

I'm looking out of my windows and I see my car shivering.
