Title: Is there a way to fix this?
Post by: indianasmith on July 22, 2017, 09:34:26 PM
I wanted to look up some comments I made about a movie that I watched a couple years ago (A HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT 2).  So I searched by title, and sure enough, I had described it in the "Recent Viewings" thread.  The problem is, the search takes me to the FIRST PAGE of a thread that was started ten years ago and is now 703 pages long!  I don't even remember what year  I saw the movie, much less the month and day.  Is there any way to make the references that pop up when you search clickable by entry and date as well as by thread?  Because seriously, we have some LOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG threads up and running in this forum!

Hmmm . . . OK.  Not sure how I missed that!

What I was wondering is, is there a way to make it clickable by entry instead of by thread?  (But seriously, thanks, at least I know what point in the thread to scroll to now!

Go to Google. Type site:badmovies.org, then your keywords. Used to work better than the internal search engine.

I'll have to try the fourm's internal search engine later.

Try checking the box next to "show as messages" on the fourm's search engine.
