Any old pictures you've scanned you'd like me to try and clean up? Or maybe a pic with some stuff in the background you'd like removed? Or perhaps you'd want me to try change the pic of you riding a horse into you riding a T-Rex? BUT yes, there is a catch. I'm trying to build up my profile at UpWork, so after I'm done, I'd like your permission to post a before/after shot as a way of showing off my skills. So far, I haven't gotten a lot of a assignments, but I think if I had more work to show off, it'd help me out.

We have some old photos like that.  One time I p**sed my aunt off by having my mom go to grandma and get a bunch of her old photos so I could scan them in so they'd be preserved and I could print off some old ones of Grandma when she was young to hang on my wall.

As funny as that is, that's not what I'm going for right now.  Now am I aiming to be the Sarcastic Photoshop Guy (which, honestly, I can't believe I didn't think of that first.)

Good work, but doesn't it scare you at all to remove the ghostly orbs in that top picture? Like....they're going to want revenge and come get you for that across the astral plane?

You should check out http://demos.algorithmia.com/colorize-photos/ (http://demos.algorithmia.com/colorize-photos/) The site uses machine learning to add colour back to black and white photos. Doesn't work great, but may be of help in your work.

That colorization tool is really cool, tho it tends to turn the whole image orange.

Amazing job. How do you clean it up  like that is amazing.

Mostly a lot of clone brush.  The heal brush tool would sometimes have trouble telling the lettering (which I wanted to get rid of) from the dark lines of the caste (which I wanted to keep), so I had to go in and do the cleanup the hard way, so to speak.

Variant on the Pewter dragon.. made him a bit more yellowish to fit in with the overall image.

BTW.. I meant to ask, why would that make your Aunt angry?  I mean, you DID return the photos right?
