Nearly 12 years later I see the destruction of Harvey in New Orleans. The people my family stayed at in Houston, one of their houses got flooded, but I don't think their other house, the one they are currently staying in, got flooded.

His workplace had to be closed down, and the highway was flooded, but fortunately everyone is ok and unharmed. They had some high water, but it sounds like damage wasn't that bad for them.
