Title: Aguirre, the Wrath of God (1972)
Post by: clockworkcanary on October 05, 2017, 06:55:24 AM
I love me some historical/period piece films, especially when they are based on real events. This is the story of Conquistadors who ventured from the high mountains of Peru, descending down into the unknown jungle of the Amazon basin in their search for the legendary city of gold.

Check this out if you love historically-based movies.

Classic movie. Klaus Kinski is magic here.

I've been meaning to see this. It's on TubiTV. I watched a documentary about Kinski and director Herzog called MY BEST FIEND-which is amazing.

I liked in My Best Friend when he meets Kinski, he (Kinski) is living in an attic lying down nude and the room has a foot of leaves in it. or something
