Can somebody identify this movie? Country of origin: Unknown, mostly Caucasian cast. Date: Probably the 90s. The protagonist is a family man with a wife and a kid. The antagonist is an Asian man, an assassin maybe, he's clad in a cape and uses it as a weapon, it either has a sharp edge or a hidden blade. The movie begins with the protagonist jogging, he kicks a stray ball back to some kid and later arrives home to his wife. About halfway in the movie, the family goes camping or hiking. There, some stranger gives some kind of gift to the protagonist. Then the Asian guy kidnaps his wife and kid and the protagonist goes after them. Towards the end the protagonist shoots some overweight guy in the foot and goes through a number of henchmen before the climax, which is the fight with the Asian guy.
