WTF were they thinking when they hired Mike Nichols to direct WOLF (1994)? He was a director of talky dramas and romantic comedies. They couldn't get Wes Craven or John Carpenter? Bulls**t. Yes. Apparently, the book it was based on was a comedy. Who decided to turn a satire into a serious sci-fi horror film I know not.
