I'm currently reading David Copperfield. Not sure what will be next. Maybe The Three Musketeers or Brave New World.

It's a paradox but knowing that you have the power to end it all can give you the strength to go on. I suggest getting to a doctor ASAP. There are ways to address your pain that are worth trying first.
