Title: MARTIN LUTHER KING Post by: Allhallowsday on April 04, 2018, 10:07:08 PM MARTIN LUTHER KING died 50 years ago today. I was too young to know it, but I grew up in a post MLK culture... in NJ.
He was a brave man and brilliant leader. I think he is above his titles, except Junior. Title: Re: MARTIN LUTHER KING Post by: 316zombie on April 04, 2018, 11:27:23 PM i went to mcadams park for his life celebration today. it was really cool to see people of all colors there joining together to honor him, and teaching kids who he was and why we were honoring him.

I had no idea who he was- but they played the "I had a dream' speech and it stuck in my head-not because I understood it at the time-it was just the way he spoke.
