Title: Julie Strain is Suffering From Dementia
Post by: OttoMoBiehl on July 19, 2018, 09:44:52 AM
Julie Strain's boyfriend just announced on Facebook that she is suffering from Dementia due to a head injury she suffered when she was in her 20s.

Since I'm not allowed to post links go to Facebook go to facebook and paste the following after the Facebook url.

This is sad as I've always enjoyed her movies. Even the bad ones.

That's sad to hear, she is a B-movie legend - and I've heard, a genuinely pleasant person, despite being cast as a villainess so often.
Maybe they can find a treatment that will help; dementia is heartbreaking.

That's dreadful. She's been in so many cool B movies, the likes of which fuel this website and forum.  I hope she gets the best treatment and is well looked after.

I am very sorry to hear that. I always had the most respect for her. Dam, I'm older than her.  :bluesad:

As of December 24, Julie was at home and comfortable. Her partner said she was not aware of her condition. So sad, but good that she is comfortable and with people who love her. There's been no updates on her Facebook page since then.  :bluesad:
