I personally found it to be a giant middle finger to the audience who were trying to follow along with the plot and trying to complete the damn movie.
The other time recently was from Fun In Balloonland, where after the "fun" there's a 20-30 part where a female narrator to s narrating a parade, and sounds like she's orgasming to a couple of the balloons.
