Title: GANG MOVIES Post by: Allhallowsday on October 24, 2018, 11:07:27 AM I watched THE WANDERERS (1979) on TCM the other night. I haven't seen that in nearly 40 years!!! I remembered it well enough, it was even more surreal than I'd thought, but it had all the gangs, violence, and sex I remembered right! :teddyr:

This movie comes closest what the Bronx looked like when I lived there in 1979. I never seen cops shoot it out but, that's what the Bronx looked like. Only in 1979, it was much worse. It looked like Berlin in 1946.
