Has anyone drank this s**t? How does it taste?

a.j., it's okay, but it's a little too "sharp" for me. it makes a decent sour cocktail, but not so great for chilled shots, or for jello shots either. too sharp for sweet stuff.

I didn't drink it, but I did buy a bottle when it first came out.  He came to a liquor store near me, so I waited in line for two hours got his autograph on the bottle, a handshake and a photo with him.  I'm planning on opening that bottle when he passes away and getting drunk while watching Dan Aykroyd movies.

I seen this in the liquor store for some years now-it only shows up on occasion, like around the Holidays, and almost bought some just because of the cool bottle-but nah. Expensive!  It's just booze, after all.

I always see that I didn't know he was involved with it.

I think I have a bottle of the Crystal Skull vodka... cool bottle, a gift from a friend... I don't really drink vodka, though. 

it DOES make a nice pasta sauce, for those who don't want to actually drink it, lol! the "nip/airplane size" bottles are, in my opinion, cooler than the big ones as a collectible, the mold had better etching. i've got 2 dozen filled with pretty water that sit on my windowsills and annoy the cat with rainbows on the floor.
  the big ones sell reasonably well empty, to goth type businesses and weird collectors like all of us. just an FYI... :cheers:

Vodka, like coffee, is a good flavoring but to me the drink smells like the rubbing alcohol they swab on you before you get a jab.

I'm sorry, I have to take a moment to be "that guy".  I'm going to point out that it's Crystal Head vodka not Crystal Skull vodka.  Because, there was a horrible movie that came out right around the same time period and I assume the movie people got to the copyright office first.  Which is a shame, because of Aykroyd had got there first maybe we wouldn't have had That Movie.

I realized that shortly after I posted the thread. I just figured it was too late to change it.

It's never to late to admit you made a mistake and to apologize.  That movie was so bad, we all need an apology.

There was no Crystal Skull movie, there never will be a Crystal Skull movie. If such a movie did exist it would be so bad that every trace of it would have to be expunged from existence. So unless you want to be visited by men in black suits with no sense of humour, never mention the non-existant Crystal Skull movie, the goffer or the fridge.  :bouncegiggle:
