I vaguely remember seeing episodes of chips when I was about 6 or 7, then never saw any again until about 5 yrs ago. the thing I'm looking for here, I saw when I was about 14-15?
forgot to mention that these 2 guys are not even characters in the film. you just see them breaking into the car, as part of some kind of montage scene iirc... I believe a police car gets graffiti'd in that one although its been many years since I saw it and I can't remember what the paint on it.
